Orders reach you in 6 to 14 business days, anywhere in the UAE. Here is exactly how it works.

Where we deliver

All seven emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. We deliver to a street address, and we need a UAE mobile number that can take calls or WhatsApp messages.

How long it takes

Count 6 to 14 business days from the day you order. We show the estimate on the product page, at checkout and again when you track the order. It is an estimate, not a promise, and we would rather be honest about that.

What it costs

Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. The price you see is the price you pay.

Following your parcel

Open the Track order page and enter your order number with your email or mobile number. Your order moves through these steps: Order placed, Processing, Dispatched, In transit, Out for delivery, Delivered.

If it is held up

Some parcels are stopped for a routine customs check. When that happens, tracking shows Pending customs clearance and updates as soon as the parcel moves. You do not need to do anything unless we contact you.

When it arrives

The courier will call you before delivery. Please check the parcel when you receive it. If something is damaged, tell us within 7 days (see the Refund Policy). If nobody can receive it, the courier will try again or contact you for a new time.

Wrong address or number

Please double-check your address and phone number. If a delivery fails because the details were wrong or the courier could not reach you, extra delivery costs may apply.

Lost or damaged on the way

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us. We will send a replacement or refund you in full.
