1. Using this website

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian place the order for you. Please give accurate details and keep your account login private. We may suspend an account that is used in a fraudulent or abusive way.

2. Products

We try to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours, finishes and packaging may vary slightly from the images on screen. Product pages show what is included in the box. Photos are for illustration, and sizes, colours and finishes may differ slightly from the pictures and from screen to screen. Measurements are approximate, so please check the dimensions of the option you choose before ordering.

3. Prices and payment

• All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and are final. There are no hidden fees at checkout.
• Orders are paid in full online at checkout. We do not offer cash on delivery.
• Payments are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
• If a price or a product description was shown by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Your order

When you place an order you receive an email confirming that we received it. Your order is accepted when payment is successful and we confirm that the products are in stock. If we cannot fulfil any part of your order, we will tell you and refund that part in full.

You can follow your order at any time on our Track order page using your order number and your email or mobile number.

5. Delivery

We deliver across the UAE. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Please see our Delivery page for times, costs, tracking and what happens if a parcel is delayed.

6. Returns, refunds and faulty items

Please see our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms or that policy limits the rights you have under UAE consumer protection law, including your rights if a product is faulty or not as described.

7. Customs and import rules

Some parcels may be checked by customs. You agree to give accurate delivery and contact details and to respond promptly if we or the carrier need extra information to release your parcel.

8. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, images, logo and design, belongs to SneekUp or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

9. Our liability

We are responsible for the products we sell and the service we provide as required by UAE law. We are not liable for losses we could not reasonably have foreseen, or for delays caused by events outside our control such as customs inspections, severe weather or carrier disruption. Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here when you place your order applies to that order.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of [emirate]. Please contact us first so that we can try to resolve any complaint quickly.
