Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect only what we need to take your order and deliver it. We never sell your data and we never see your full card number. You can ask us to correct or delete your data at any time. The full policy is below.

This policy explains what personal data SneekUp collects, why, and what your rights are. We handle your data in line with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

1. What we collect

Identity and contact: your name, email address and mobile number.
Delivery: your emirate, city and delivery address.
Orders: what you ordered, order totals and payment status. Your card details are entered with our payment provider; we do not receive or store the full card number.
Account: your login email and password (stored in encrypted form) if you create an account.
Technical: your IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies and server logs.
Messages: what you send us when you contact support.

2. Why we use it

To process your order, take payment and deliver your parcel (needed to carry out our contract with you).
To show your order tracking status and send order emails and messages.
To handle returns, refunds, complaints and support requests.
To keep the website secure and prevent fraud, including limiting repeated tracking lookups.
To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
To improve the website and, only if you agree, to send offers. You can opt out of offers at any time.

3. Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with: our payment provider; delivery and fulfilment partners who prepare, ship and deliver your order; our website hosting, email and messaging providers; and authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Transfers outside the UAE

Some of our service providers may process data outside the UAE. When that happens we take the steps required by UAE data protection law to keep your data protected.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above and as long as the law requires us to keep order and accounting records. After that it is deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

Under UAE data protection law you may ask to access your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to certain uses, receive a copy of it, and withdraw consent you gave. To make a request, contact us using the details above. We will respond within the time the law allows and may need to confirm your identity first.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies that keep your cart and login working and remember your language. We may use analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and checkout will not work without the essential ones.

8. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), limit who can access order data, and keep our software updated. No system is completely secure, so please use a strong password and keep it private.

9. Children

Our website is not aimed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes and complaints

We may update this policy and will show the date at the top. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please contact us first. You may also complain to the UAE Data Office.
